What kind of paper do you make?
Most of the paper we make is from pre owned papers and organic fibers such as sugar cane, corn peels, and garlic peels. However, if your project requires some other type of fiber we would be glad to help you out.

Do you make custom paper?
We do! We realize that not everyone wants the same color of paper. We love nothing more than to create a custom paper for your specific projects. Looking for more than color? Scented, iridescent, inclusions…we will try our best to give you what you require.

Is there a minimum amount of paper I need to order?
Yes and No. If it is a stock paper than you can purchase a couple of sheet. If it is a custom paper then a minimum of one batch will be required which amounts to 25-50 sheets.

Can I print digitally on your handmade paper?
We recommend traditional forms of printing such as letterpress, other relief printing methods and engraving. The solid papers can go through some inkjet printers. A printer with a straight feed and the ability to handle art/thick papers is ideal. Please consider running test prints on our paper before ordering & digitally printing large runs on our handmade paper.

What is the size of your paper?
Our parent sheet is 11.7″ x 8.3″ and 16.5″ x 11.7″ with a full deckle edge. We can trim it to any size you want so you have a clean edge to work with.

How thick is your paper?
Our standard weight paper is comparable to card stock (a 120lb weight). Because all of our paper is handmade, this may vary ever so slightly. If you are interested in thicker or thinner sheets for a specific project, just contact us and we’ll let you know what we can do.

How long does it take?
Depending on how full our schedule is and the size of the job, we can get most paper orders made, packaged and shipped within 3-4 weeks from the date we receive the purchase order and deposit. However, it is always a good idea to ask us about our current scheduling when placing your order. We do try to keep many colors in stock for immediate shipping.

Can I buy just paper?
Absolutely! You want one sheet or hundreds of sheets, just give us a call and we will be glad to help you out.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Our papers and products are durable and we have shipped our stuff to clients abroad.

Which bulbs do you recommend using for your lighting structures?
You can use energy efficient bulbs of the appropriate size.

How do I clean and care for my handmade products?
Our products are all handmade and constructed using either our handmade paper or paper mache. We advise being gentle and looking after your purchased product. Use a clean damp cloth or a soft brush to dust the products.

Are your products water proof?
Our Products are water resistant, not waterproof.
